Artworks created should be maintained as for personal use only (avatar/banner, personal printing, posting, etc), and shall not be reproduced without prior agreement.

In the case that the client intends to use the artwork for commercial purposes (streaming, advertising, merchandise, etc), this must be disclosed at the start of the process and will affect the total cost. (contact me at [email protected])

You may resize/crop the commissioned artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself (please ask if unsure).

If the client posts their commission they are required to credit me as the artist. The watermark/signature must not be removed.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use the artwork or any part of it as future Ai technology nor blockain-associated technology, including but not exclusively NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space.

I have the right to refuse any commission request.

Commissioned images are copyright © me and its respective owners (in case it is a fanart based commission or an OC of yours).

I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery or journal.

If the artwork is a fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as prints or in artbooks.

Patrons get extra discounts applied to their requests based on their active pledge.

Payment via Paypal and/or Revolut, but if you need to use card payments, Apple Pay, Stripe, Google Pay, etc., please let me know.

For budgets over 250€, a split is permitted as long as a 50% is paid upfront.

If 50/50 payment is done, you will receive the low-quality, watermarked version of the finished commission until rest of the payment is received.

Due to my quick workflow, cancellations are not accepted once payment is done. If you placed a commission request and I still haven't contacted you, you can totally get back to me to cancel/postpone your request.

I don't charge VAT outside of Spain. Si eres residente en España, por favor, ten en cuenta que el 21% del IVA se aplicará a los precios mostrados en esta página.

Please be sure to make inquiries as specific and detailed as possible.

References must be provided (full character art, photos, videogame character creators, picrews, screenshots, etc). NO AI. Otherwise, a design fee will be charged

If it's an OC, character must be yours unless it's a gift, if that is the case, you must provide the social tags of the receipt of the gift when commission is to be delivered or posted.

I accept revisions when I send WIPs for every stage of the process. Revisions are free as long as client gives feedback. I will not make any major edits from previous steps. If client misses any vital information that entails major editing as a consequence, a separate invoice will be sent.

All commissions are around 4K size 300 DPI .JPG ready to print files. Completed commissions will be delivered via e-mail with wallpaper cuts, inks, and timelapse.
