TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL TERMS

  • Patrons get extra discounts applied to their requests based on their active pledge.

  • Please be sure to make inquiries as specific and detailed as possible. References must be provided (full character art, photos, videogame character creators, picrews, screenshots, etc). Character must be yours unless it's a gift, if that's the case I'll tag the receipt of the gift when commission is to be delivered or posted.

  • All commissions are around 4K size 300 DPI (4096 px wide/height) .JPG ready to print files. Completed commissions will be delivered via e-mail.

  • Extra files (timelapse, inks, wallpaper cuts) will be sent to the client with finished piece.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission request.

  • · Anthro², monster stuff as long at it passes the Harkness test

  • Canon and Original characters

*(Transgender characters are totally fine, but no futa)
² I am okay with exotic looking sexual attributes, but I'll get uncomfortable if they're too alike to real animals'

WON'T DRAW

  • Anything that would be deemed offensive or harmful to an oppressed or vulnerable group.

  • Fetish art (ex: hyper)

  • "Loli" or "futa" stuff.

  • Canon underage characters

  • Real people

  • Noncon (even if it's con-non con)

COPYRIGHT INFO AND USAGE

  • Commissioned images are copyright © me and its respective owners (in case it is a fanart based commission or an OC of yours).

  • I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery or journal.

  • You may resize/crop the commissioned artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself (please ask if unsure).

  • If the client posts their commission they are required to credit me as the artist. The watermark/signature must not be removed.

  • NFT or general AI training with the artwork is strictly forbidden.

  • Artworks created should be maintained as for personal use only, and shall not be reproduced without prior agreement (for commercial work, contact me at [email protected]).

PAYMENT

  • Payment via Paypal and/or Revolut, but if you need to use card payments, Apple Pay, Stripe, Google Pay, etc., please let me know.

  • For budgets over 250€, a split is permitted as long as a 50% is paid upfront.

  • If 50/50 payment is done, you will receive the low-quality, watermarked version of the finished commission until rest of the payment is received.

  • Due to my quick workflow, cancellations are not accepted once payment is done. If you placed a commission request and I still haven't contacted you, you can totally get back to me to cancel/postpone your request.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Commissioned images are copyright © me and it’s respective owners (in case it is a fanart based commission).

  • I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, but the credit of the character will always remain yours.

  • I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery or journal. If the commissioned work is time-sensitive, I may delay public display of the art as request.

  • Artworks created should be maintained as for personal use only, and shall not be reproduced without my direct permission.
